Order Cancellation & Return Policy – iPlanet
1. Customer-Initiated Cancellations & Refund:
- If the order is cancelled without any issue from Our (iPlanet) end (such as stock unavailability or delay), a 2% cancellation charge will be deducted from the refund amount. This covers payment gateway and processing fees.
- If the customer is not available at the time of delivery, or refuses to accept the product for any reason, the order will be marked as "Rejected by Customer" or "Delivery Failed". In such cases, a refund will be initiated to the customer after deducting a 2% processing fee from the total order amount. This deduction covers handling, logistics, and payment gateway charges incurred during the order process.
- If the cancellation is due to any issue from our side (e.g., product out of stock, delay in dispatch), a full refund will be provided.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after cancellation confirmation.
2. iPlanet-Initiated Cancellations & Refund:
iPlanet reserves the right to cancel any order within 24 hours of placement under the following circumstances:
- Pricing discrepancies or technical errors
- Stock mismatch or unavailability
- Any unforeseen operational or system-related issue
In such cases, the customer will receive a 100% refund to the original payment method.
All refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after cancellation confirmation.
